Industries we serve
The engineering is similar from building to building. What changes is access, shutdown tolerance and the cost of getting it wrong — which is what actually shapes a programme.

What changes between building types
Healthcare & medical facilities
Clinics, labs and pharmaceutical facilities need stable temperature, humidity and pressure regimes, plus isolation planning that keeps critical areas live while work proceeds elsewhere.
Retail, malls & showrooms
Trading hours dictate the programme. Works are phased overnight or behind hoarding so the shop floor stays open and the shopfront stays presentable.
Hotels & restaurants
Guest comfort, kitchen extract and fire suppression in one building. Noise windows and back-of-house access are agreed before mobilisation.
Offices & banks
Fit-out and re-fit works, distribution boards, lighting, data cabling and detection — coordinated so the ceiling only comes down once.
Schools & institutions
Term breaks are short and fixed. Programmes are built backwards from the reopening date, with safeguarding and site access rules respected throughout.
Factories, warehouses & industrial
Process cooling, ventilation, power distribution and drainage in environments where a shutdown has a direct production cost.
Government & public facilities
Documentation, testing records and handover files prepared to the standard that public-sector asset registers require.
Sports facilities & country clubs
High-load cooling, pool and irrigation plant, and event schedules that cannot move.
Transport, airports & logistics
Continuous operation, restricted airside or yard access, and permit-driven working.
Residential compounds
Multi-unit AC, water systems, common-area lighting and fire systems maintained under a single annual contract.
The same seven disciplines, tuned to the building
A cold room in a food factory and a chilled-water riser in a hotel are the same physics and a completely different programme. Both sit within our scope.
