Built around one idea: no gaps between trades
MicroMax Trading & Contracting is a progressive MEP and facility maintenance company located in the heart of Doha, State of Qatar, engaged in all types of MEP and facility maintenance projects.
15 years of MEP work in Qatar
Our team consists of trained and highly experienced professionals with a passion for excellence in the field of engineering — and a low tolerance for the coordination failures that make buildings expensive to run.
MicroMax was set up to take on the full mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope rather than a slice of it. In practice that means the same company that installs your chilled water pipework also terminates the AHU control panel, sets the detection zones, and makes good the wall afterwards. Nothing waits on another contractor's mobilisation.
Over more than 200 projects we have worked across offices, malls, medical facilities, schools, factories, hotels, warehouses and residential compounds. The technical detail changes; the working method does not.

What we are working towards
Our vision
To become a frontrunner in all types of MEP and facility management business in Qatar. We believe that providing excellent service to our clients at all times is the key to maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction — and that reputation in this market is built one handover at a time.
Our mission
To contribute our professional expertise in support of Qatar National Vision 2030 and the transformation of Qatar into an advanced society capable of achieving sustainable development. For an MEP contractor, that translates directly into energy efficiency, water conservation and plant that lasts its design life.
Four things that change the economics of a building
Not slogans — the specific operational differences that show up in your maintenance budget.
Single-contract accountability
When mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sit under one contract, there is no dispute about whose scope the fault falls into. The interface risk moves from you to us.
Engineers on site, not just estimators
Every quotation follows a physical survey. Nothing is priced from a drawing alone, which is why our variations are rare and our exclusions are written down.
Records that survive handover
Test results, as-builts and O&M documentation are compiled as the work happens. When the asset changes hands or an inspector asks, the file already exists.
Work around your operation
Clinics, shops, hotels and factories rarely stop. Phased works, overnight shifts and staged isolations are planned in at survey stage, not negotiated mid-project.
The sequence we follow on every job
Enquiry & scope
Send drawings, a BOQ, a snag list, or simply describe the problem on WhatsApp. Nothing formal needed to start.
Site survey
An engineer attends site to verify existing systems, access constraints and working hours before anything is priced.
Proposal & BOQ
A written scope with materials, programme, exclusions and price. What is not included is stated, not implied.
Mobilisation
Manpower, materials, permits and building access are coordinated so the first day on site is a working day.
Execution & testing
Installation, testing and commissioning carried out with records kept as the work progresses.
Handover & AMC
As-builts and O&M documentation issued, with an optional annual maintenance contract to keep the asset in warranty condition.
Talk to an engineer, not a call centre
Describe the building and the problem. If it is something we should not be doing, we will tell you that too.
Before you get in touch
Which areas of Qatar do you cover?
We are based in Al Muntazah, Zone 24, Doha, and take on work across Qatar. Travel outside Doha is confirmed at quotation stage so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Do you take on maintenance contracts as well as one-off jobs?
Both. A one-off call-out for a specific fault is fine, and so is an annual maintenance contract covering scheduled visits across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire systems. Many clients start with a repair and move to a contract once they have seen the work.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes. Offices, clinics, hotels and retail units are rarely able to shut down, so works are phased and scheduled around trading hours or carried out overnight where the building permits it. Tell us the constraint at enquiry stage and it will be built into the programme.
What do you need in order to quote?
For installation works: drawings, a BOQ or a clear scope description. For maintenance: an equipment list, or a site visit if no list exists. For a repair: a photograph of the unit's nameplate and a description of the fault is usually enough to give an initial indication.
